We report the experimentally determined secondary structure of the HCV RNA genome in our recently published Journal of Virology paper titled “The In Vivo and In Vitro Architecture of the Hepatitis C Virus RNA Genome Uncovers Functional RNA Secondary and Tertiary Structures”.
