I am interested in studying structure and function of signaling complexes. I want to use Cryo-EM and other biochemical techniques to characterize the coactivation of LGP2 and MDA5 signaling in vivo and vitro.  I am interested in how LGP2 could enhance MDA5 signaling in vivo and in vitro.
